The line FPC-CMS is engineered with independent vertical automatic forming machine, multiple in-line re-reelers, dedicated single or double Pick & Place unit for automatic top loading rolls inserting into open top boxes and then an automatic box closing machine.

This plant may be equipped in-line with our automatic blade edging group suitable to apply a saw blade (of plastic or paper or metallized or aluminum material).

As end-line machinery may be added: automatic or semi-automatic case packer and carton sealer.

The starting blanks (E-flute, corrugated, micro-flute) may be scheduled with classic or special tailor made design.
