This line is the standard high production top version scheduled to produce and pack the household rolls starting from preformed boxes (with or without blade).

This line is basically composed of a high performance automatic re-reeler, an automatic boxing machine (alternate motion version) and then completed by a semi-automatic case packer and carton-sealing unit.

Mechanical production up to 40 boxed roll/min.

The versatile PM line can be integrated with an in-line rolls shrink-wrapping or flow-packing unit. In-line may be added the automatic boxes over-wrapping machine for single layer multiple boxes pack or else for shrink-wrapping of boxes multi-pack formats.
