Our “macro-perforating” machine has been engineered to produce the super stretchable net film manufactured in different thicknesses for manual and machine wrapping with or without motorized prestretch. This net film is essential for the immediate packaging of hot or humid/wet products which need cooling-vaporisation or drying and ventilation. It avoids the creation of muffles and condensation. The wide meshes of this material allow to reach very quickly the freezing temperature to keep the load stability and the optimum preservation temperature for foodstuffs.

The advantages of this product are: max. pre-stretch: 300%; weight after pre-stretch: from 3 up to 5 gr per linear meter; very high tear resistance; flat stripes; easy unwinding with high self-cling properties; it develops large ventilation meshes; suitable for palletizing of products needing transpiration drying, ventilation, smoking sterilization freezing, quick frosting etc.
